Raw Vegan Black Cherry Scones, made with Walnut Milk Pulp :)

Recipe is below photos these cute photos that my special-guy-friend took for me. I love these photos! ... and the scones turned out to ne delicious, especially after they cooled down:

4 chia eggs which is 3/4 cup of warm water and 4 tablespoons of chia seeds, allowed to set for a few minutes to gel 3/4 cup pure maple syrup (plus more, later) 3/4 cup nut milk 4 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 1/2 cup walnut meal (or any nut meal) 1 cup + 2 Tbsp oat flour (ground from GF oats) Some frozen black cherries, mostly thawed. For drizzle, take extra maple syrup, lemon juice, ginger powder to taste and pink himalayan salt, to taste. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in flat squares in dehydrator set on high setting.... check in a couple hours to flip over.... repeat in a couple hours, this time add drizzle.... leave in dehyrator for at least a few more hours, then, let cool completely.... they taste more intense... I like to add a few granules of pink hymalayan salt, here and there.... there it is. I hope you like it. :)
